Anyone can feel impostor syndrome and I think this is particularly prevalent in the coaching world and when we have to market ourselves on social media!  We are always in a position to compare ourselves to other coaches.  We can even feel like an imposter while we’re meditating, wondering if we’re getting it right! I see this all the time with my clients.

So, this meditation will focus on the breath and it aims to help you slow down so that you can see yourself more clearly and objectively.
