Mindful Movement (8 mins)

 

 Not all mindfulness practices mean sitting or lying still. Mindful Movement teaches you to be aware not just when sitting silently but when you’re out and about or with your clients. 

It starts to make your mindfulness practice more portable.

Many people rove mindful movement practices because it can be easier to focus the mind.  It is also useful when you can’t sit still, you’re too fidgety or you have too much energy.  Occasionally, I teach neurodiverse clients and this is one that usually goes down really well
