Switching off by letting go (12 mins)

 

Sometimes we find that our minds go round and round in circles planning, fixing, and worrying and we just need it to stop.  We desperately want to switch off but the more we distract ourselves, the more the mind wants to think.

In this practice, we will not be trying to stop the mind from thinking, because this is impossible but, we can learn to stop the fight against it allowing the mind and the body to settle so that we can continue with our coaching work with clarity and presence.
