Increase emotional intelligence and happiness, improve relationships and optimise performance.

Mindfulness has become widely recognised and on-going research is proving its benefits in the workplace. Google, Microsoft, Nike and other major corporate companies are offering it to their employees to teach emotional intelligence, build resilience to stress and improve mental focus

For many, the workplace can be stressful, we are bombarded by the persistent demand for emails, phone calls, reports and presentations etc which causes stress and anxiety.

We can lose focus, clarity and energy and also experience physical tension and lower immune systems.  We can however, learn to relax and release the tension through  learning the skill of mindfulness.   We can shift to a healthier way of living, increase happiness and well-being, reduce stress and prevent burnout.
